Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms listed on this invoice. A deposit may be required before production begins. Orders will not ship until payment has been received unless prior credit terms have been approved.
Pricing
Prices are valid for the quantities quoted and are subject to change prior to order confirmation. Taxes, shipping, freight, customs, and applicable fees are additional unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Inspection
Buyer must inspect all products upon delivery. Any shortages, shipping damage, or defects must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
Returns
Returns require prior written authorization. Custom-built, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Limitation of Liability
Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the products.
Seller's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products covered by this invoice.
Cancellation
Orders may not be canceled after production has begun without Seller's written approval. Buyer may be responsible for materials purchased, labor performed, and other costs incurred prior to cancellation.
